In der 80 m² Wohnung galt es das knapp 5 m² große Bad in eine Wohlfühloase mit Badewanne und Dusche zu verwandeln. Durch einen kleinen Durchbruch in die Küche haben wir das Bad um einen halben m² erweitert und konnten dies somit erreichen. Auch das Küchenkonzept haben wir optimal auf diese räumliche Veränderung abgestimmt. Den Renovierungsrückstau der charmanten 40er Jahre Wohnung haben wir gleich mit als Aufgabe in der ganzen Wohnung wahrgenommen.

Within this 80 m² apartment, it was requested to turn the, just short of, 5 square meter bathroom into a wellness oasis including a Bathtub and a Shower.
By making a small alteration in the wall between the kitchen and the bathroom, we were able to expand the bathroom by a further half a square meter which was enough space to accommodate a generous sized shower. The kitchen space of this 1940’s style apartment was barely interrupted and the home maintained its charm that was respected throughout the whole renovation project.
